The statistics about heart disease, heart attacks and strokes are actually a lot worse than this infographic has stated. With all the “drugs” available, there have NOT been improvements with reduction of death. Some reports show a rise… a big rise and thus, the problem is just getting worse.

And the worst part about all of this is that over 50% of first time heart attacks or strokes RESULTS IN DEATH! So, you can’t go back and “fix” your life-style and make improvements, eat better or reduce your stress and take better supplements.
