Most people think that a heart attack is the same as cardiac arrest… they use these terms interchangeably. However, they’re not the same at all and thus, each has a different cause and solution.
What Is A Heart Attack?
Generally speaking, most people have a heart attack, not cardiac arrest… And a heart attack has to do with blood flow and circulation problems.
Simply stated, a heart attack occurs when blood flow to the heart is blocked (usually by plaque buildup).
What Is Cardiac Arrest?
Cardiac arrest occurs when the heart “malfunctions” and stops beating unexpectedly.
Cardiac arrest is triggered by an “electrical problem” in the heart, which causes an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia). With its pumping action disrupted, the heart cannot pump blood to the brain, lungs and other organs.
So What Are My Solutions?…
You do NOT need drugs, however you DO need a healthier life-style. This means:
Eating MORE natural foods (vegetables, fruit, water, sweet potatoes, etc.) and LESS “man-made” foods (anything that typically comes packaged or in a “box”)
Exercising more… Simply walking 20-30 minutes daily, or at least 3x week is a great start. Throw in some “weight lifting” (cables, machines, etc.) and you’ll make dramatic improvements in your heart health.
You don’t need drugs, when natural alternatives exist. There are clinically proven herbs and vitamins found in nature, that’ll help make dramatic improvements in increasing blood flow and circulation, while also increasing the strength and flexibility of your arteries and veins.
