NOTE: Please make sure to read my comments at the end of this infographic. I discuss the “secret” to having more energy, as described in my video. And please stop having caffeinated drinks – they are robbing your energy levels, which I discuss at the bottom of this article.

Ways to Decrease Fatigue

 Summary

“Low Energy” is the #1 complaint I hear from people for over 20 years. People don’t realize just how important it is to have “more natural energy” because we have slowly gotten used to being tired and fatigued… feeling “old and run down”… not having the same mental or physical energy we once used to.

… and you know what, everyone simply says “well, I’m just getting OLDER… I’m busy… I have a lot of stress”

Sadly, these are the excuses I used to give myself.

But it doesn’t have to be that way at all. These days I have just as much energy and probably MORE than I did 10 or even 20 years ago and you can too!

As I described in my video, the key to energy is OXYGEN. So, here are some simple tips for increasing the oxygen to your brain and muscles:

  1. Breathe better!
Take deeper breaths, do breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, etc… all help improve breathing. Most of us are shallow breathers, which by the way – leads to health problems
  2. Exercise aerobically (cardiovascular)!
You need to do cardio and do so every day. You can do something fast, 10-15 minutes of jogging, running, etc. Or, do something slower but longer for 30-45 minutes. Do whatever you’re able to do based on your current fitness level and make sure you try to PUSH more, by doing the same “work”, but in less time – that means FASTER
  3. Exercise anaerobically (lifting weights)!
The bigger your muscles, the more oxygen they will carry and hold throughout the day. Cardio is good for your heart, but lifting weights is good for the rest of your body.
  4. Eat green vegetables!
The “greens” can help deliver more oxygen to your cells due to photosynthesis. Try to have them raw or steamed. Please don’t cook them and then have it with sauces and oils. Keep it natural.
  5. Take specific herbs and vitamins!f
One of the most effective “oxygen” builders and energy enhancers is found in More Natural Energy. It’s something professional athletes use, as well as regular people like you and myself. It improve oxygen to EVERY CELL in your body.

So, there you have it. Watch this short video for more details and please do something about this TODAY because when you have more natural energy, you get more work done, make more money and be able to enjoy your free time as well, since you feel young!

… oh, one last thing – STOP having caffeinated drinks! That means NO MORE coffee, “energy drinks”, or similar products. They do the opposite by reducing oxygen and killing your adrenal glands and lowering your thyroid levels.
