As you noticed in today’s slide show, you really need to increase your fruits and vegetables. Try to eat organic whenever possible. And variety is the key, as is daily consistency!
Of course, there are things you need to REDUCE as well, like eating less animal protein, exercising daily and trying to manage how you REACT to stress. You can’t always control stress, but we can manage how we deal with it.
