We live in a very “stressful” world these days because there’s a lot going on all at once. We have “Sensory Overload” and because of this, our stress hormones are high and this is causing many healthy problems – primarily heart disease, weight gain and diabetes.

The commonality between all the suggestions was to RELEASE the stress and negative emotions. You need to make a little time for yourself every day and take care of YOU and YOUR needs, so you can better take care of others!
