“Good” sleep is something I’ve struggled with my entire life, especially as I’ve gotten older and got busy with life, work, etc. In fact, this is one reason I created ProVanax for myself many years ago, to help my mind and body relax faster at night and reduce my stress hormones … so I can fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.

What’s important to remember is we need to get into a “ritual habit” for sleep to be optimal. Remember, we do that with our kids… making sure they go to bed at the same time every night because we know that’s what WORKS. Yet, for ourselves… we don’t follow the same rules.

Technology has made it harder to sleep well because of all the radiation from “gadgets”, lights, internet, etc.  It’s hard to unplug and relax…
