Sildenafil – What Is It, How To Use It, Side Effects

In today’s Q&A session, I answer your questions about Sildenafil.

What Is Sildenafil?

Sildenafil is a vasodilator – it dilates and opens up your blood vessels. It’s an active ingredient in Viagra.

How Does It Work?

Sildenafil was originally used as an active ingredient in a blood pressure drug – Revatio. It increases the production of Nitric Oxide – which dilatates the blood vessels and increases blood flow.

Side Effects Or Side Benefits?

One of the side effects Sildenafil had was causing better erections. So the same active ingredient used in blood pressure drug, Revatio was re-branded and sold under the name Viagra, as an erectile dysfunction drug.

If you want cheaper Viagra, you can get Revatio – as it is the same thing – Sildenafil.

Of course, it’s always better to try natural alternatives first – as they are safer, work long term, and have no side effects.

Make sure you optimize your hormones – as the main cause of erectile dysfunction is hormonal imbalance.
