đŸ˜± This Is The #1 Cause Of Aging, Pain, & Illness In 2024

"YES - I Want LESS Pain & Inflammation"

Today’s topic is very important and what I consider to be, a “life-changing”

It’s for anyone who is concerned about or cares about:

  • How You LOOK: Today’s topic is linked to hair loss, acne, wrinkles, and belly fat. Stuff that most of us care about at any age, male or female.
  • How You FEEL: If you have joint pain, stiffness, and lack of mobility. For example, your back, shoulders, hands, knees and so forth. And if you have gut problems – such as indigestion, stomach pain, bloat, etc. And if you have allergies and asthma.
  • How You PERFORM: This includes anyone who exercises, especially those who put in extra effort running, lifting weights, and playing sports. Also, for the guys out there who are concerned about their performance in the bedroom, in regards to erections, impotence, & erectile problems.
  • Your FUTURE: Finally, today’s topic also is the primary cause of many health problems — brain & body.

At this point, you may be thinking, “geez
this is like every health problem”. Yes, almost…

Like I said at the beginning, today’s topic is major and life-changing.

And you most definitely should listen if you take pain medications such as Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, etc..

So, what do all of these health problems have in common?

Inflammation!

Yup, all of these health problems are unhealthy inflammatory responses.

And today I’m going to quickly talk about:

  • what inflammation is
  • what causes it
  • and most importantly, easy, natural, and safe solutions.

$30,000 In Stem Cells To Reduce Inflammation

However, before I start – I want to share a personal story with you and my own experiences with inflammation.

To the point that I recently did over $30,000 worth of full-body stem cells to help reduce inflammation.

Yes, inflammation is that big of an issue that I decided to make a large investment in helping reduce this problem.

However, you don’t have to go to such extremes (I had a lot of back and shoulder pain and didn’t want to do surgery).

At the end of today’s article, I’ll reveal natural ingredients which support healthy inflammation…

My Embarrassing “Zit” Story

Anyway, my relationship with inflammation first started back in high school.

When the girl I liked, pointed at my nose one day and said, “eww, that’s a huge zit on your nose”.

inflammation

At this point, a few of the people around us kinda laughed and giggled.

Obviously, that situation was embarrassing, even though everyone was getting zits at that age.

But hearing it from the girl I liked
and those other people laughing at me
coupled with the fact that this was 2 days before the yearbook pictures were being taken
caused me enough pain that I needed to find a solution to this problem.

That night I called my uncle, who is a doctor, and I asked him if there was a prescription or something he can give me to fix my zits, especially if it can work 24 hours before the yearbook pictures.

The Cause Of Pimples:

He said no. And how the cause is due to “inflammation and overproduction of oil.”

He said, “genetics and hormones trigger pimples, but inflammation causes them.”

The Zit Solution:

He said, “clean your face with Witch Hazel 2x daily and reduce eating foods that cause inflammation. Dairy is the worst – so no more milk and cheese.”

I thought, “shoot – these are like my favorite foods, I eat them daily.”

But, I did what he said and true to his word, my pimples dramatically decreased.

As far as the yearbook picture, I used some concealer. =)

Hair Loss & Balding

Fast forward 10 years later when I noticed I was starting to lose a little bit of head hair.

Bald-Spot

I was deep into medicine and health at this point and went to medical school.

The Cause Of Balding:

I did research and once again, studies revealed that “genetics and hormones trigger hair loss, but inflammation is a main cause of it.”

I was then reminded of that whole high school zit situation.

The Hair Loss Solution

And once again, I made changes/improvements in my lifestyle to control excess inflammation, added some medications and supplements … and my hair loss dramatically slowed down and stopped eventually.

I also no longer had an itchy scalp or dandruff or any issues like that.

And as a side note, wrinkles are also an inflammatory response. Too much UV sunlight triggers it in the skin, and inflammation then causes fine lines and wrinkles.

My Shoulder, Back & Joint Pain

And this same story gets repeated years later when I have pain – my shoulders, knees, and the worst ones, my back pain due to herniated discs.

inflammation joints

All inflammatory-related caused by years of working out with heavy weights, not using the best form all the time, and one other very important factor…

Aging Is A Major Problem

In fact, science now has a name for inflammation due to aging, it’s called, “inflammaging”.

Basically, the negative hormonal changes due to aging, and the decrease in your “youthful hormones”, increase inflammatory factors and triggers, which further accelerate aging.

And when you think about it, it makes sense.

I don’t know about you, but it seems the older I get, the more pain I have.

Pain

And thus, every few years I’ve had to get even

  • MORE strict with my diet
  • change & improve my workouts
  • manage my stress better
  • and take even more supplements that support healthy inflammation.

It was a lot of work, and sacrifices, and also very expensive.

To the point that as I stated earlier, I recently spent over $30,000 to do full-body stem cells – one of the MOST potent anti-inflammatory solutions in the world.

There’s A Simpler, Easier & Cheaper Way

Of course, you don’t need to go to such extremes or expenses as I have, to manage inflammation.

Now, in part two, I’ll reveal the top 3 causes of inflammation.

Thus, simply removing just a few of these daily, pro-inflammatory triggers from your life, will dramatically improve inflammatory response.

Finally, in part 3, you’ll discover what to add to your life, to further manage excess inflammation.

Again, all are very simple, easy, natural, free, and low-cost methods.

Remember, what you do NOT do, is just as important as what you DO.

Thus, reducing some of the negative pro-inflammatory offenders and adding in some positive anti-inflammatory tactics, will make dramatic improvements, much faster, and with far less effort.

Saving you both time and money!

The end result is you’ll look younger, you’ll feel so much better and you’ll dramatically reduce future health problems.

What To Do Next To Quickly Manage Inflammation…

Below, you can get more details about the exact formula I currently use to support healthy inflammatory responses.

Use the same formula and let me know how it works for you.
