Does Social Media LOWER Testosterone & Cause Erectile Problems?

Video Summary

To my surprise – it’s been shown that social media can cause the lowering of testosterone levels.

Let Me Give You The Bottom Line

When you win, especially men, your testosterone levels go up. As do your dopamine levels.

Both also control your sex drive and happiness.

On the flip side, when you “lose” or the feeling of being “let down”, the opposite happens… testosterone drops and dopamine drops even more.

Both negatively affect your sex drive and mood.

And the problem is that these days, social media is full of negativity – directly and indirectly.

That causes negative emotions, which can then lower testosterone levels, increase estrogen, and more so – stress hormones,… which further decrease testosterone levels.

What Does All Of This Mean For You And Me?

Even the most confident and happy person is going to start feeling insecure or doubtful if every day they see negativity – directly or indirectly.

So, if you can – LIMIT your social media time.

Try not to take anything personally, because at the end of the day – it’s just someone behind a computer who knows NOTHING about you.

Remember, negative people, say negative things.

It’s not you, it’s just THEM and how they are.

What’s The Solution?

If you feel that your testosterone is lower, or you have less drive and are having libido or erectile problems, limit your social media, or better yet, INCREASE your testosterone levels naturally.

My best advice to you is to limit the negativity in your life – this means people, news, and yes, social media.
