🚬 What’s Worse – Smoking Or Taking Steroids? (2024)

So the other day I was asked, “what’s worse, smoking or taking steroids”? Surprisingly, I’ve been asked this question a couple of times.

Just for fun, I thought I’d answer it today.

First, the question is vague — smoking what?… Cigarettes? Cigars? Pipes? Pot?

And what kind of steroids?… Anabolic steroids, the kind bodybuilders and athletes take? … Or catabolic steroids, such as Prednisone?

I’ll assume he was referring to cigarettes and anabolic steroids.

    What’s in a Puff?

Now, the nicotine in cigarettes isn’t nearly as bad as people think it is. It is addictive, that’s for sure. But, cigarettes and the thousands of toxic and hyper-addictive chemicals they put in cigarettes are the REAL problems.

    Smoking

Needless to say, sure cigarettes are much worse for you than anabolic steroids.

    Are Steroids Any Better?

Anabolic steroids are rarely linked to serious health problems, but cigarettes for sure are.

Anabolic steroids can cause negative changes in cholesterol and blood pressure, but not nearly as bad as cigarettes.

    Steroids

However, the correct anabolic steroids, dosage, and cycle can actually make you healthier and live longer. But, there is NO dose of cigarettes that will improve your health.

Keep in mind that at the end of the day, steroids are just hormones.

In fact, “the pill”, used by women as female contraceptives are also steroids.

Hell, vitamin D is a steroid.

You can take an entire bottle of anabolic steroids – Dianabol, Anavar, etc and you won’t die. You’ll get water retention, high blood pressure, mood changes, zits, and elevated liver enzymes for a few days. But, nothing else.

However, if you take a bottle of aspirin, Tylenol, Advil, or other drugs, you will die or cause some long-term negative damage to your stomach and organs.

Anyway, hormones are good for you, as long as they are balanced and in the correct, youthful range.

    What Should I Do Now?

Since a guy posted this question, your goal is to have higher testosterone and free testosterone levels. Yet, you want lower “negative” hormones such as estrogen and female hormones, DHT, and cortisol, and stress hormones.

Steroids will help you accomplish this in the short term. However, getting off of them can be a nightmare and very psychologically addictive.

I mean, who wants to get weaker, smaller, fatter, depressed, and lose their sex drive? This is what happens with steroids.

    Loss-Sex-Drive

Thus, you want to improve your hormones naturally, so you don’t have these negative side effects.

Now you can discover a 20-year, proven formula that will help increase your anabolic hormones while decreasing the negative, catabolic hormones.
