People still don’t realize just how bad stress is for you, both mentally AND physically.
Feelings of worry, frustration, anxiety, panic and other “negative emotions” cause an imbalance of stress hormones, which can eventually lead to most diseases and illnesses… As seen in the below info-graphic.

Of course you can’t always control your environment, but you CAN CONTROL how you REACT to stress … and that’s the secret.
