🌿 Ashwagandha – Lower Stress & Increase Libido In 2024

"YES - Decrease MY Stress & Cortisol"

Today is 2024 and I’m going to quickly talk about how I use Ashwagandha Extract and how you may also want to use it for lowering your stress, cortisol and feeling more relaxed and getting better sleep.

While at the same time, improving your testosterone levels, libido, and sexual performance.

I’ve done specific videos about Ashwagandha in the past – one specific for increasing testosterone and one for lowering Cortisol.

However, today I’m going to keep it short, get right to the point, and give you the quick do’s and don’ts and an action plan you can utilize right away about how to best use Ashwagandha extract, the correct dosages and how NOT to get ripped off.

Basically, it’ll be a quick summary of how you can best use Ashwagandha for BOTH increasing testosterone and lowering cortisol levels.

In fact, when I ask people “what do you think the opposite hormone to testosterone is?…”, they typically say it’s estrogen, the female hormone.

But no, it’s not – it’s the stress hormone cortisol.

When cortisol levels increase due to excess stress – such as lack of sleep, working out too much, dieting too hard, emotional stress and so forth – your testosterone levels drop.

It’s your body’s way of telling you that “hey, something is wrong, maybe there’s famine or something else… go fix the stress problem first… this is NOT the time to procreate, have sex and have babies”.

Hence, cortisol goes up, testosterone comes down.

This is why during times of stress, your libido and sexual performance plummet.

And this is where Ashwagandha EXTRACT comes in because it helps lower excess stress hormones such as cortisol, which will then indirectly increase testosterone levels and all of the benefits that come with having optimal testosterone, cortisol and hormonal balance.

Do NOT Use These Forms Of Ashwagandha

First, I don’t like the liquid versions at all – they are weak and can go rancid quickly. So, I suggest the pill versions.

Now, if you’re going to use Ashwagandha in pill form, the first thing is you NEVER want to use Ashwagandha root powder. You only want to use the extract.

And this is because the extract contains numerous bioactive compounds, namely alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, steroids, and steroidal lactones. These compounds produce all the benefits.

So, make sure you read the labels.

For example, look at these two labels – it shows no extract:

Ashwagandha root

So, make sure the label shows an extra %.

The higher the extract, the more potent the Ashwagandha.

Basically, you’re paying for the extract and the ideal, standardized extract should be 7%-10% withanolide glycoside conjugates

Now, look how low these two labels show:

Ashwagandha

First one is not even half of 1%. I just said use 10%. So, you’ll need at least 20x the dose of this brand because the extra % is so low.

Now, second label is better at 2.5% versus only .2% or .5% in the previous product. But again, you’ll need at least 4x the dose.

Basically, even though you pay a little less for one of these inferior products, you’ll have to take 4-20x the dose to get the same benefits of the 10% extract.

I mention all of this so you don’t get ripped off and waste your valuable money like I used when I first started out.

Best Forms Of Ashwagandha

Now, there are two popular and potent, clinically researched versions of Ashwagandha.

KSM-66 and Sensoril

I’ve used both of them separately and together. Both are also being utilized in two products that I use daily, and I’ll mention both of them in a minute.

The reason I like these two specific ashwagandhas – KSM-66 and Sensoril – is because of the numerous human, clinical studies and the standardized dosages and extracts.

2 Best Forms of Ashwagandha

When you purchase a product with either of these two versions – KSM-66 and/or Sensoril – you’re guaranteed a product that works. It’s been standardized.

You’re not going to get ripped off with the low % extract or low mg dose, which renders the product ineffective and a waste of time and money.

Difference Between KSM-66 & Sensoril

But now we want to know, what’s the difference between KSM-66 and Sensoril and which is better?

KSM-66 Ashwagandha:

This has a more uplifting effect. More energetic. It helps reduce feelings of fatigue.

It’s used more by fitness people because research has shown that it can promote an increase in:

  • testosterone levels by 17%
  • Luteinizing hormone (LH) by 34% – this signals your testes to produce more testosterone.
  • Semen volume by 53%
  • And improved sperm motility by 57%

Sensoril Ashwagandha:

This has a more calming effect. More relaxed feeling because it supports GABA and serotonin properties.

It’s better for anti-stress, and cortisol-lowering effects.

Now, for clarity, I’m not saying these versions do EITHER/OR – they do both, just one does more energy and one does more relaxing.

When and How To Use

So, it’s ideally best to use KSM-66 more during the day because it increases energy levels more. While using Sensoril more in the evening and before sleep, because of the calming effects.

So, I personally use AlphaViril during the day – because it contains KSM-66 Ashwagandha, in addition to numerous herbs, vitamins and minerals which help boost testosterone and libido.

Then in the late evening, I use Stress & Cortisol Relief because it contains Sensoril Ashwagandha, combined with numerous ingredients for supporting healthy cortisol levels and adrenal function. Allowing me to relax and get better sleep.

I also use Stress & Cortisol Relief a couple of hours after my workouts, to help reduce excess cortisol from my workouts, and to help optimize testosterone levels.

And, that’s it.

These two products do it all. It keeps things simple, easy, convenient and a much better deal since it’s “all-in-one”.

You’ve got all the best ingredients, dosages and extracts in these two products.

Now, please don’t be like others who just watch and don’t take action. Without action and implementation, you’ll never get results or see progress.
