Weight Loss Hack #1: Appetite Suppressant + Anti-Aging Lemonade (NO Calories)

    Burn Fat & Increase Metabolism

Today’s weight loss hack is one of my favorite drinks that I’ve used for almost 20 years to reduce my appetite, kill my cravings, boost my immune system and dramatically improve my health at the same time.

I’ve had hundreds of my clients, models, athletes and actors on this drink and they’ve ALL had great results.

Most called it Dr. Sam’s Anti-Aging & Weight Loss Lemonade

It’s tasty, easy to make and has zero calories. It’s all natural, nothing artificial.

First we start with 16 oz of clean, purified water. You can make a liter or even a gallon of this stuff and drink it all day long, which a lot of my clients do.

I prefer room temperature. But if the weather is cold, you can use warm water and if the weather is hot, you can use cold water.

If we’re using 16 oz for today’s demonstration, then add in about ¼ to ½ of a teaspoon of L-glutamine into the water.

L-Glutamine is a tasteless and odorless amino acid, which has a ton of health benefits.

When your body is under stress, it quickly uses up this amino acid. So it’s very important to make sure you’re body has optimal levels of it because your body uses it in large amounts.

So in addition to fighting stress, L-glutamine also

    • Supports healthy immune system.2
    • Burns fat and builds muscle.5,6
    • Supports healthy blood sugar levels.9
    • Promotes better digestion, especially for those with “leaky gut”, IBS, ulcers, etc…1,2,4
    • Good for your brain, memory, and focus.3
    • Reduces sugar cravings and even alcohol cravings.7

So as you can see, there are a TON of wonderful benefits to using L-glutamine and it’s by far my favorite amino acid.

Next, we’re going to add in some lemon juice. I like about 2 tablespoons, but it’s up to you how much you’d like to add, based on your taste buds.

Now, even though lemons are acidic (citrus fruit), they actually help alkalize your body.

Inside your body, when lemon juice has been fully metabolized and its minerals are dissociated in your bloodstream, its effect is alkalizing and therefore raises the pH of your body tissue (pH above 7 is alkaline).

Most health problems are caused by inflammation and is acidic. The #1 cause of acidity is NOT your diet, but your mind and your stress levels.

So adding lemon juice to the water is great and has many health benefits.

Now, I don’t have the time or desire to get fresh lemons, cut, squeeze and clean it all up every day. So I buy organic lemon juice in a bottle.

Yes, fresh is best. But if it’s going to be a hassle and you’re not going to do it long-term, then it’s best to pick something that’s easy and convenient, right?

Now, that’s it… This is the entire drink — water, glutamine, and lemon juice.

However, there are additional “hacks” and additions I like to make.

I like my drink sweetened just a little, so it tastes like lemonade. So I put in just a little bit of natural, organic GMO Stevia extract into my drink.

I’ve noticed it also helps further reduce my sugar cravings and I can have more of my “anti-aging, weight loss” drink because it’s too tart for me without Stevia.

Lastly, you can also add in some green powders into this drink. It’s totally optional and obviously, they can only improve the health benefits.

I typically add in about 1 teaspoon of Yaeyama Chlorella, Spirulina, and maybe some Organic Wheat Grass or Broccoli powder. They have a TON of benefits, taste okay, energize and alkalize your body.

However, I only add in these 3 green ingredients first thing in the morning and/or before I exercise. The rest of the time, I only do glutamine, lemon, and stevia.

There are times when I’m super hungry and I have this drink, within minutes my hunger is gone, and STAYS gone for at least an hour or two!

So there you have it, the exact formula to Dr. Sam’s Anti-Aging, Weight Loss Lemonade! … A scientifically proven way to lose weight, keep it off, and stay healthy at the same time

Simple, easy, convenient, tasty, and has no calories.
