What part of the body predicts penis size best?
According to a [current_size] study, it’s not height, hand size, or foot length — it’s actually the nose.
Surprised? You’re not alone.
Today, you’ll learn about this surprising discovery and more importantly, how you can actually increase penis size and hardness at any age.
We’ll also break down the role of testosterone and DHT, what causes penis shrinkage, and how to reverse it naturally – even in adulthood.
Does Body Size Really Predict Penis Size?
Women often comment on my large hands and feet — and assume I must be well-endowed.
While I’m taller than average and above average in size, that assumption can create unrealistic expectations.
Let’s be honest, 10 inches is not normal — or common.
Still, the myth persists.
Most people believe that taller men or those with bigger feet and hands must also have a bigger penis.
But is this really true?
What Science Actually Says
Researchers in Japan examined 136 deceased men between the ages of 30 and 50.
All measurements were taken within three days of their passing to ensure accuracy.
They recorded flaccid and stretched penile length, as well as testicle size, prostate weight, and several other body features. In urology, stretched penile length is commonly used to estimate erect size.
The Unexpected Finding
- Height, weight, hand size, and foot size had zero correlation with penis size.
- Nose length was the only trait linked to penile length — not girth.
That’s right.
The longer the nose, the longer the penis – statistically speaking.
Is It All Genetics?
This study shows that penis size is largely determined before birth.
So yes, genetics and prenatal hormone exposure play a major role.
But does that mean you’re stuck with whatever size you were born with?
Not quite. While you can’t change your genes, you can absolutely influence your hormones and penile tissue growth as an adult.
Hormones That Control Penis Size
Two hormones are primarily responsible for penis development:
- Testosterone — critical during puberty for growth
- DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) — much stronger, crucial during fetal development
During pregnancy, if the mother doesn’t produce enough hCG, the fetus can’t produce enough testosterone.
This often results in a smaller penis.
Additionally, exposure to toxins such as pesticides or phthalates can lower fetal hormone levels, which may also impact development.
Timing matters too.
Low androgens in the first trimester can result in ambiguous genitalia.
Later in pregnancy, it may cause a condition known as micropenis.
What About Men Without DHT?
In the Dominican Republic, some men are born without the 5-alpha reductase enzyme.
This means their bodies can’t convert testosterone to DHT.
These men:
- Don’t grow body hair
- Don’t go bald
- Have underdeveloped genitals, despite normal testosterone levels
This genetic trait inspired the creation of drugs like Finasteride, which reduce DHT to prevent hair loss and prostate growth — but can also shrink the penis or reduce libido.
How It Works Across Life Stages
During Pregnancy:
- DHT is essential for early penis formation.
- Testosterone must be present, but it’s the conversion to DHT that triggers proper development.
During Puberty:
- Testosterone levels surge, causing rapid penis growth.
- DHT still plays a role, but it is less directly related to size.
Simply put, you need both hormones, but at different life stages.
DHT dominates during fetal growth. Testosterone takes over during puberty.
Can Adults Grow Their Penis?
Yes, but not through gimmicks.
Here’s the proven formula:
- Stimulate tissue with penis-specific exercises
- Increase testosterone levels
Think of it like muscle growth: exercise is the stimulus, and testosterone is the fuel.
The same applies here. The higher your testosterone, the more responsive the tissue.
